About Seema

Seema-JoshiSeema Joshi is the founder of Perception Management Consulting. She  has over 26 years global corporate consulting experience in the IT world as Project Manager, managing delivery of end-to–end projects and has also managed global teams across multiple locations and multiple countries. She has extensive experience of people management and training personnel in the corporate world.

Seema has been worked with corporates like Deloitte Consutling, CSC, Aspect Communications and many more. She has long exerience with managing teams in USA and UK along with India teams. Due to her global corporate exposure and herself being part of management team, she understands the importance of soft skills required across differen cultures and those required by employees as they rise up the corporate ladder.

Seema has been actively involved as a trainer both technical and soft skills training throughout her corprate career. As part management team Seema has been a leader, coach and mentor to her team. She also been associated as a visiting faculty with top Business school teaching Project Management for Masters program. She has been conducting workshops for B-Schools and also given lecture at local chapter of global body of PMI – Project Management Institute.

Seema has cross industry experience includes Manufacturing, Aerospace and Defense, Contract Management, Automobiles and Service industries.

Seema regularly conducts Soft Skills trainings / workshops and is a certified Image Management Consultant from Image Consulting Business Institute. She also has a Masters degree in Computer Science and Finance.

Seema’s significant strength has been strong customer focus, understanding client needs and giving them customised quality solutions.
